Shannon is an experienced recruiter and  career advisor with over a decade of experience connecting top talent with high-performing teams—particularly within the legal industry. With a background in psychology, she brings a deep understanding of human behavior, motivation, and career development to every search and coaching session.

Shannon grew up around recruiting—her parents ran their own executive search firm—and officially launched her career after college, working across both agency and in-house roles. She’s led full-cycle hiring for startups and high-growth companies, but her passion lies in legal recruiting, where she helps law firms scale smarter and professionals thrive in their careers.

In 2020, she founded ScaleUp Recruiting to bring a personalized, thoughtful approach to both hiring and coaching. Whether supporting an Am Law 100 firm or guiding a job seeker through a career pivot, Shannon’s goal is the same: to help people and organizations reach their next level.
